As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach you will be responsible for coaching OTF workouts and motivating members of the studio while leading them through pre-designed workouts. While leading workouts coaches must be able to motivate members and have the knowledge and ability using their Orange eye to correct exercise form to prevent injuries.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for creating a professional, positive, high energy, respectful OTF studio environment
- Coaches a minimum of 3 pre-designed, OTF training sessions per week including weekends if needed or instructed by your Studio Manager
- Responsible for creating a “lobby experience” with our members before start time as they join the workout
- Provide real-time feedback and correct member form where needed during training sessions
- Responsible for managing the studio set up before and during class
- Supporting with new member on-boarding and intro sales flow

**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved Education Company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, etc.
- Must have current CPR/AED certification within one year
- 2+ years of professional experience coaching

- Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints
- A self-motivated team player
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Technologically savvy
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
