The General Manager will be responsible for the oversight of multiple Anytime Fitness clubs, located in various cities. The General Manager’s main role is to develop the team of Sales Managers that report to them in all areas, but particularly in sales to grow their clubs. Development, training, mentorship and leadership of Sales Managers will determine the success of the General Manager. A General Manager must take ownership in ALL aspects of the clubs they oversee.

- Salary of $55,000 - $95,000 tied to performance based bonuses

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Lead and motivate the team of Sales Managers and Group Fitness Coaches
- Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all
- Ensuring the club is meeting weekly and monthly sales goals
- Maintain the day-to-day upkeep of the facilities and manage club operations of all locations
- Oversee coaching sessions and ensure coaching staff are creating an exceptional experience
- Sell coaching and memberships
- Maintaining social media, engagement, and community involvement
- Create strategies aligned to the core values that develop the business and the team within the business
- Drive overall growth of the business

**Requirements**:
The perfect applicant will have:

- Excellent communication skills; the ability to effectively produce and distribute information internally and externally
- Exceptional leadership skills; experience leading team members, while maintaining humility and a servant approach
- Extraordinary sales and customer service experience
- Great collaboration skills; enthusiastically work together with peers and the management team
- Analytical skills; Understand the metrics, numbers and KPIs that drive business performance
- Time management and organization skills; using time blocking methodologies to manage a schedule and priorities
- Customer service; the ability to WOW customers and ensure they have a remarkable experience
- An outgoing, extroverted personality with first-rate people skills
- Passion for helping others
- Passion for health and fitness
- Flexible hours and reliable transportation to travel between clubs and the divisional office
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
