Today in Canada, we’re rapidly expanding to over 30 locations, and we’re hiring fitness enthusiasts to join our journey and grow into the future of group fitness - right here and right now.

**What we need**:
Group Fitness and/or Small Group Training Enthusiasts who have previous teaching experience in any or all of the following genres: Bootcamp-based classes, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, STRONG Nation, Sculpt, YOGA, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT classes

**What you’ll be doing**:
Deliver motivational instruction during our exclusive Group Fitness and/or our proprietary HIITZone Small Group Training member experience

Accompany and help participants achieve their goals on their fitness journey

Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes

Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers

Attend ONE yearly onsite or virtual live training and new quarter class roll-out

Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for any updates and brand promotions

Outgoing and highly energetic, delivering exceptional, and memorable classes

Positive, can-do attitude, and passion for enriching the lives of others

Strong verbal communication skills & concise coaching cues

Kickass & sharp moves, execution, and range of motion

Exemplary customer service orientation

**Your skills, education, and experience**:
Maintain valid CPR/AED Certification

Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification or License - such as:
Canadian Certifications

CanFitPro - Canadian Fitness Professional or Personal Training

CFES - Canadian Fitness Education Service

American Certifications (Recognized in Canada)

AFAA - Athletics and Fitness Association of America

ACE - American Council on Exercise

NASM - National Academy of Sports Medicine

ISSA - International Sports Science Association

Experience teaching fitness classes for participants of all levels - Beginner to Badass - and with any or all of the following genres: Bootcamp-based classes, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, STRONG Nation, Sculpt, YOGA, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT classes

**Physical demands**:
Congruent physical ability in alignment with Group Fitness Instructor and/or Small Group Training Coach expectations

**What we offer**:
Wage - Group Fitness & The Ride (Cycle)

New - $20.00 to $25.00/hour

Experienced - $25.00 to $30.00/hour

Kickass Rockstar - $30.00 to $35.00/hour

Wage - Mind-Body (Yoga) & HIITZone (Small Group Training)

New - $25.00 to $30.00/hour

Experienced - $30.00 to $35.00/hour

Kickass Rockstar - $35.00 to $45.00/hour

Live Training and Team Meetings (In-Person or Virtual)

Minimum wage by province/hour

Part-time position with potential for full-time

Ongoing education and learning
