The Operations Support Supervisor manages administrative tasks in the Distribution Centre and handles reporting functions for the Operations Team, ensuring streamlined operations and facilitating informed decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Quality Assurance and Branch Administration teams by providing leadership, direction, training and goal setting. Working closely with team members to ensure overall goals are being achieved.
- Responsible for executing strategic and operational initiatives.
- Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting metrics to enhance productivity and performance.
- Collaborating with Inventory Control Manager and Shift Managers to address customer service issues.
- Developing and monitoring key performance indicators for the Replenishment, Quality Assurance, and Administration functions in the Branch.
- Reporting functions to the Branch Manager, ensuring streamlined operations and facilitating informed decision-making.
- Identifying cost saving opportunities.
- Other Duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
**Must Haves**
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in a management role
- Completion of post-secondary program
- Knowledge of profit and loss, purchasing, and inventory Concept
- Broad range of experience in project management, business planning, process analysis, and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills to foster positive relationships with teammates.
- Ability to produce accurate work as a result of attention to details

**Nice to Haves**
- Previous experience with ERP systems
