We are hiring an experienced and dependable **On-Site Supervisor** who owns a Sprinter van, box truck, or pickup truck. This role involves managing job sites, leading crew members, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with transportation and heavy lifting. You must be a strong communicator, physically capable, and comfortable taking charge in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise crews on-site to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and safely
- Transport tools, equipment, or furniture using your own vehicle
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure high service standards
- Solve problems on the spot and ensure all jobs run smoothly
- Lift and handle items weighing 150 lbs or more as needed
- Represent the company professionally while on-site and on the road

**Requirements**:

- Must own a Sprinter van, box truck, or pickup truck in good condition
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Physically able to lift at least 150 lbs without assistance
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Experience in moving, logistics, trades, or field management is a strong asset
- Punctual, organized, and dependable

**Compensation**:

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
