- Requisition materials and supplies.
- Resolve conflicts and recommend measures to improve productivity.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.

**Skills Requirements**:
**Required education**:

- Completion of secondary school is required.

**Required work experience**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the asphalt labour and paving industry.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a supervisor.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training and experience.
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Able to work both alone and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Awareness of health and safety procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.06 per hour
