**Position Overview**:
**Requirements**:
Experience working with Jane

Experience with Physician Assisting/charting

Experience in Medical Aesthetics field an asset

Essential Duties:

- Display exceptional customer service to all clients and patients to the clinic
- Confirming that all consent forms are signed before treatment is performed
- A general understanding of the medical aesthetic industry and current trends
- Maintain confidential medical files and record
- Accurately record results in medical files.
- Documenting for the physician as needed
- Actively listening is mandatory to ensure proper documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Answering questions from clients as needed
- Sell proprietary skin care products and treatments
- Keeping the treatment room tidy and clean
- Sterilization of equipment if necessary
- Support and assist all roles and duties within the clinic as needed

Employment Status: Part Time Position employee position

**Salary**: $20-$25 per hour

Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
