**Responsibilities may include**:

- Process time and attendance transactions as well as error processing
- Review document changes and identify gaps in current systems and processes; recommend and implement effective solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Provide research assistance to non-routine data entry errors; make recommendations and/or implement improvements to reduce repeats
- Schedule, expedite and coordinate the delivery and movement of critical material, including material transfers and inventory control
- Work in collaboration with planning departing, engineering department and manufacturing teams to cost production orders
- Work closely with production staff to document processes while completing process studies
- Document processes into standard work and work instructions

**Skills and Experience**:

- Education or equivalent experience in activities related to manufacturing, project management, production planning and/or scheduling
- Lean manufacturing knowledge an asset
- Able to manage competing demands, deal with frequent changes and effectively prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented; accurately and efficiently manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Technical competency and the ability to communicate both technical and non technical material to staff and management at all levels of an organization
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word and Excel)
- Demonstrated knowledge of production processes in an ERP system including inventory control, production control and supply chain management
- Safety focused and detail oriented
- Fabrication experience a definite asset
