This position is responsible for consistently producing the highest quality of HOT, fresh, Krispy Kreme doughnuts by preparing all ingredients for production, correctly following specially formulated recipes, and using specially designed equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all ingredients for production following formula cards for brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings as needed for all shifts.
- Ensure production stages are adhered to for yeast raised doughnut production including brew, dough, mixing, floor time, extrusion, proofing, frying, glazing, and cooling.
- Ensure production stages are adhered to for cake doughnut production including mixing, cutting, cooking, and weighing.
- Operate production equipment following company product standards.
- Maintain an appropriate dough schedule to ensure product freshness
- Assist in scheduling production runs to keep the HOT light on as long as possible and minimize waste.
- Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme standards and product specification, monitor product quality, and inspect and remove imperfect product.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines when preparing and producing products.
- Always maintain a clean and neat uniform and appearance.
- Complete proper production checklists at the beginning and end of the shift and maintain those standards throughout the shift.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of all production and processing equipment and maintain a ‘Krispy Klean’ work area.
- Assist the management team by accurately recording all wastage.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a prep cook, line cook or baker in a restaurant, high volume food or QSR environment

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handlers (preferred)

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
