**Your day-to-day success is determined by your ability to**:

- Meet customer’s requirements when promised in an effective and professional manner.
- Manage customer issues and service to corporate standards.
- Efficiently execute store processes, including warehousing, shipping and receiving, customer deliveries, order entry, and invoicing.
- Maintain strong relationships and teamwork.
- Create customer loyalty by providing an environment where customers plan to use and perceive DistributionNOW as preferred.
- Continuously maintain excellent product knowledge on DistributionNOW product lines.
- Demonstrate and promote a safe work environment for all employees, customers, vendors and other DNOW partners, using company safety policies and procedures.
- Handel other duties within the branch as required.

**As best of the best, you possess**:

- Experience with pipe, valves, and fittings, Inside Sales or Outside Sales capacity (preferred).
- Experience in the oil field & projects supply, or fabrication industries (preferred).
- Basic computer literacy, capability to use SAP is desirable.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (Drug and alcohol)
