Nisku, Canada AWS Welding Supplies & Repairs Ltd. Full time

AWS Welding Supplies & Repairs Ltd. is looking for a full-time inside sales representative for our growing business. We are looking for an exceptional person who has excellent customer service skills, can multi-task, be a team player and show a positive attitude in our very busy environment. Must be reliable, punctual and the availability to work one Saturday a month for a 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. shift.

An intermediate knowledge of the welding industry is a must and a willingness to learn the customer’s more complexed needs. We strive to outsource all specialized products and need someone who is willing to go the extra mile to get the customer what they need in our one stop shop environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering customer calls
- Walk-in customers
- Preparing quotes and sending to the customer
- Preparing orders and accuracy checking for pick-ups and deliveries
- Assist customers with gas cylinder loading of over 50 lbs.
- Managing backorders and special orders for customers
- Shipping/Receiving when required
- Replenish showroom/warehouse products
- Forklift Operator
- Driver’s License - able to get to work in the Nisku Area.

**Required Skills**:

- Customer service and listening skills
- Knowledge of welding industry
- Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Sage 50 an asset
- Forklift operator’s license an asset
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be available to work occasional overtime and 4 hour shift on Saturday-once a month.

Hourly Full-Time Position
- Excellent Benefits
- Salary will be based on experience

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Welding Sales: 2 years (required)
