We’re looking for an Account Manager who will build strong relationships, provide top-notch service, and help grow our business. If you’re someone who enjoys meeting new people, finding solutions to challenges, and being part of a supportive team, this job could be for you
**About the Role**:
You’ll be a go-to person for our clients, helping them find the right technology for their needs and showing them how Hillman AV can make their work easier and more efficient. This role is flexible, with the option to work from our office or from home. You’ll also be part of a collaborative and supportive team that’s here to help you succeed.
**Here’s what you’ll do**:

- Work with local and national companies to build and grow strong partnerships.
- Scout for new clients who can benefit from our services.
- Generate and qualify leads to grow revenue.
- Provide thoughtful solutions to help clients integrate technology into their organizations.
- Maintain accurate records and data in our CRM system.

This role is all about service and solutions, not just sales. You’ll work with clients to create value, solve problems, and deliver results they’ll appreciate.
**What We’re Looking For**:You might be a great fit for this role if you**:

- Enjoy meeting new people and building meaningful relationships.
- Are motivated to succeed and always willing to learn.
- Have experience in business, sales, or AV integration (or are eager to dive in).
- Pay attention to details and follow processes to get the job done right.
- Communicate clearly, both in person and in writing.
- Stay positive and ready to tackle challenges with a can-do attitude.

- Are great at listening and understanding what clients need.
- Love learning new things and finding ways to improve.
- Are naturally curious and enjoy finding opportunities to help.
- Have strong research skills and a customer-first mindset.

What You’ll Need
- A degree in business or experience in technology is a plus but not required.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience is a strong asset.
- Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time well.
- You must live in or near Regina, SK.
