**Overview**:

- Kurita Canada, formerly Keytech Water Management, is a leading regional water treatment provider in eastern Canada. Based in Ontario since 1981, we specialize in innovative water treatment solutions, including chemistries, extensive equipment systems, and comprehensive technical services. In 2021, Keytech joined the Kurita Group of companies through its North American subsidiaries, Kurita America and Kurita Canada, and now serves most of Canada.

Kurita is one of the largest industrial water treatment providers in the world with approximately 8000 employees across 35 countries and state-of-the-art R&D facilities located in Germany, Japan, and Singapore.

Kurita Canada has an immediate need for an Account Manager in the Regina Saskatchewan area.

**Job Title**: Account Manager

**Territory/Location Information**:

- Greater Regina Saskatchewan area.

This position is based out of a home office.

**Travel**: 80-100% within territory

**Compensation**: $170K - $175K (CAN) plus Commission based on a defined program

**Responsibilities**:
**Drive Profit Growth**: Leverage customer expertise to always maximize profitability while not jeopardizing account stability.

**Partner Identification and Engagement**: Utilize connections and experience to identify and engage with qualified partners, building trust through professional engagement strategies.

**Innovative Problem Solving**: Creatively solve complex challenges, proposing customized solutions that meet the unique needs of industrial clients.

**Value Creation and Sustainability**: Utilize industrial expertise to create shared value by advising customers on achieving their operational, financial, safety, and sustainability goals.

**Collaborative Excellence**: Work with Kurita leadership and internal teams, employing your industrial background to enhance customer experience and results.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with industrial experience is essential.

**Communication and Organization**: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and organize tasks efficiently.

**Proven Performance**: A history of meeting goals and overcoming obstacles in industrial roles, showcasing a strong work ethic and self-driven attitude.

**Autonomous Work Environment**: Ability to perform at a high level independently to drive results without direct supervision.
