**Unlock your potential working with a dynamic team**:
You will be responsible for managing data and providing support to the Billing Technician, Tenant Services Centre.
- Handle billing (JD Edwards) for the Montreal and Quebec City office buildings;
- Assist the Billing Technician with the Good Register (TGR) platform;
- Produce and analyze preliminary reports and 90/95 checks for all cost centres;
- Help co-workers transfer TGR requests to JDE in preparation for invoicing through the latter;
- Work with the Tenant Services Centre to resolve any problems and assist with overflow in the case of a team member’s prolonged absence;
- Build and maintain good working relationships with the various management teams;
- In the absence of the Billing Technician take responsibility for management decisions regarding billing;
- Help the Billing Technician create and update billing processes in the TGR platform and JDE system;
- Carry out any other related tasks as requested.

**The key to success **
- High school diploma;
- At least five years of experience in customer service or a call centre;
- In-depth knowledge of processes supported by the JDE system and TGR platform;
- Proficiency in Word; advanced proficiency in Excel;
- Excellent command of written and spoken French and English;
- Aptitude for teamwork, with strong analytical and integrative skills;
- Outgoing, energetic, self-directed, creative, innovative and organized, with a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
