**Pursue an exciting career in an industry in the midst of transformation **

You will be responsible for tasks related to the reception, to greeting clients and visitors, and to giving out information. You must be flexible and able to perform any tasks related to both information booths at Place Ville-Marie (PVM).
- Common tasks to the booths in the shopping centre and 1 Place Ville-Marie:_
- Be proactive when greeting the building's clients, tenants and entrepreneurs;
- Provide directions to visitors in the PVM shopping centre, the PVM property complex and the underground pedestrian network;
- Answer information requests, either in person or by telephone;
- Take note of the upcoming calendar of events and construction work and direct clients properly;
- Inform visitors on the location of various tourist attractions and particular events in the area;
- Ensure that the information booth is always impeccable and be sure that pamphlets, brochures and other information tools are always stocked;
- Collect and register lost/found items;
- On a daily basis, update an analysis system for requests received and services performed, as well as the comments and suggestions collected during the day, and update the Excel file;
- Collaborate with on-site security personnel to ensure that the integrity of the building’s public areas is respected (e.g. inform security of the unauthorized sale of objects, unauthorized filming, loitering individuals, people not respecting the tobacco law, etc.);
- 1 PVM: Supervise and monitor the special services offered to tenants via the welcome booth. Special services include umbrella loans, Bixi bicycles, lost and found, and other related services;
- Send complaints and comments received to the departments concerned;
- Upon request, replace the other information booth agents for absences or during high-traffic periods, among others;
- Perform all other related tasks requested by his/her immediate supervisor or related to his/her functions.
- Specific tasks for the shopping centre booth:_
- Inform clients and visitors, as well as merchants, about the current promotional events;
