**Position**:Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid)

**Job location**: Hybrid - 1751 Rue Richardson, Montreal, QC H3K 1G6 (3x a week in office)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage complete recruitment cycle for blue-collar & white-collar full-time jobs in Canada and in the US (job postings, screening, interviews, offer communication & onboarding).
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers & provide them with regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and post job descriptions in both French & English on various recruitment channels ( BambooHR, Indeed, LinkedIn, University Job Boards).
- Attract top talent for each available role through various recruitment strategies.
- Review applicants and conduct phone screens with selected applicants.
- Represent Ray-Mont Logistics at career fairs and company events & Recommend recruitment events aligned with the company’s needs.
- Research the best job boards based on the current recruitment needs.
- Maintain relationships with various recruitment agencies & be able to work together to fill more difficult positions.
- Create visuals to use for recruitment (for example “we’re hiring” images to post to social media, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Responsible for the collection of onboarding documents
- Work with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve overall recruitment practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Bachelor in Human Resources or other related field.
- Completely bilingual; French and English.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (an asset).
- Experience with working in high-paced and high-volume recruitment; essential
- Recruitment agency experience (an asset).
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to work individually and as a team, self-motivated, creative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organization skills ,attention to detail and able to prioritize.
- Ability to adapt to learning new software.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement pour des postes à temps plein de cols bleus et de cols blancs au Canada et aux États-Unis (affichage des postes, sélection, entrevues, communication de l'offre et intégration).
- Entretenir des relations avec les gestionnaires de recrutement et leur fournir des mises à jour régulières tout au long du processus de recrutement.
- Préparer et afficher les descriptions de postes en français et en anglais sur divers canaux de recrutement (BambooHR, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Attirer les meilleurs talents pour chaque poste disponible avec l’aide de diverses stratégies de recrutement.
