**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Supervise, participate in, and train staff in food handling, preparation, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage the POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.
