We are currently looking for a reliable and self-motivated **General & Sales Manager - Versa Mix Industries Ltd.** to join our team and become a part of our success story.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Lead Business Development Initiatives and Prospect for opportunities for the growth of the business of Versa Mix Industries Ltd.
- Work Closely with Engineering, Drafting and Production Managers at Care Industries on the Design,Development and Manufacturing of Versa Mix Industries Equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback on the performance of the equipment.
- Attend Trade Shows and conferences to promote the brand and work with customers.
- Lead Continual Development and improvement initiatives for the product lines.
- Create quotes for customers when needed

**Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both internal and external communications.
- Ability to generate solutions and resolve industry and technical problems
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn from the people, processes, and experiences.
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and team building skills and techniques is required
- Some Travel Required
- Concrete Industry knowledge or experience is necessary

**Education and Experience**:

- Experience in the concrete industry and with concrete equipment is an asset.
- Experience in sales is an asset.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Base Salary and Incentive Program for achieving aligned business targets.
- Alberta Blue Cross Benefit Package including Extended Health care, Dental, Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance as well as RRSP Matching benefit upon eligibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
