Capital Sales Associate - Lacombe Branch

Agrai-Dairy Mart, Ltd. is a fast-growing milking and dairy barn equipment dealer with three locations covering all of Alberta. We specialize in full sales, installation, and servicing of the following product lines: DeLaval, InBarn, Nuhn, Trioliet, JOZ, and Sun-North Systems.

We are currently looking to hire a permanent, full-time **Capital Sales Associate** to work out of our Lacombe branch. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within a certain territory. Leveraging your expertise in the dairy industry, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize profitability and expand our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage leads, quotes, and the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Create and implement comprehensive sales plans tailored to the unique needs and opportunities within the regional territory.
- Maximize profitability and drive sales growth through proactive engagement, cold calls, and personalized customer service.
- Strategize and execute tactics to achieve targets and objectives.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet or exceed expectations.
- Providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with both new and existing customers within the designated regional territory.
- Maintain clear and open communication with all internal team members, sharing relevant information, updates, and insights to facilitate collaboration and synergy across departments.
- Some out-of-town work, as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma.
- 5+ years of Sales experience.
- 5+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Customer service experience is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract, are required.
- Some dairy experience, strong asset.

**Salary**: $70k, along with performance-based commission

Pay: $67,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
