**OVERVIEW**:
Sundays is a direct-to-consumer, online-first furniture start-up based out of Vancouver, BC. We’re a young company with big plans so we’re looking for talented and driven individuals to grow with us

Reporting to the Director or Customer Experience and Retail, the Showroom Supervisor helps to ensure daily operations in our Toronto Showroom are executed in an efficient and timely manner.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be the face of Sundays, interacting with customers in-person and educating on the brand and product.
- Ensure the showroom is in great shape at all times.
- Engage with the local Toronto community and help establish Sundays’ brand presence.
- Manage the Swatch Program including communication with PO office, manufacturers and warehouses as needed to ensure all swatch inventory is up to date and inventoried
- Manage the day-to-day in the Showroom including providing support to the Brand Ambassadors and submitting employee timesheets for all employees each pay period and supporting showroom updates/upgrades.
- Provide showroom support for future Sundays showrooms
- Communicate with showroom staff on any updates relating to the showroom, products, etc.
- Assist with training of new Brand Ambassadors
- Analyze special order trends and communicate to management team
- Assist with improving operational systems, processes, and best practices for Sundays showrooms
- Create furniture tags for all incoming product and delegate tagging projects to staff when needed
- Purchase Pop-Up supplies and manage inventory
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 3 years of retail experience
- A minimum of 1 year of key-holder or lead position experience
- Strong interest in design and furniture
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Shopify, PIM, SAP and Freshdesk.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter and curious learner, with a passion for continually improving.
