Through our extensive hands‑on rotation program, you will work hard, develop, grow, and be on your way to managing one of our showrooms in approximately 3½ years. Program Structure and Relocation Our program is structured into four phases – Warehouse & Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Account Management, and Showroom Supervisor – where Management Trainees become familiar with the many products, services, procedures, and people that make our company successful. Along the way, Management Trainees relocate at least twice within Ontario to gain exposure to different management styles and grow their network of contacts and resources. Upon completion of the program, trainees are placed in an area that best suits their needs and the company’s needs at the time of placement. Qualifications College and/or university degree Sales experience in a retail environment Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills Commitment to exceptional customer service Dedication to continuous learning Passion for design and attention to detail Determination and reliability Willingness to relocate Managerial experience considered an asset Salary: CAD 52,500 plus profit sharing.
