about this team
The North America Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating and delivering integrated marketing efforts across all channels to deliver guest communication for the North America business. This team executes all campaigns, social media, and omni channel communication across the guest journey. This Brand Marketing Specialist will support the execution of loyalty initiatives and acts as a support to BMM(s) on realizing large scale initiatives in NAM region.

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Support Brand Marketing Managers with execution of large-scale marketing initiatives/campaigns
- Support loyalty marketing initiatives through leading individual workstreams, inclusive of writing creative briefs, collaborating with channel partners and deliverables coordination
- Support in the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns

qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant loyalty brand marketing experience
- Experience in project management with proficiency in related tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Miro, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Proven track record executing a thoughtful acquisition and retention strategy
- Proven experience driving retention and growth marketing strategies
- Proven experience planning and executing campaigns using key marketing channels
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Adaptable, with ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field
