Overview

**Responsibilities**

  • Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining files.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Provide bilingual support by translating documents and facilitating communication between English and French-speaking clients and staff.
  • Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and support other staff with various tasks as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

How to Apply

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
