About the role
We're looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team
Location : Québec Boul des Galeries
What you will accomplish with us:
- Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information.
- Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival.
- Maintain and update telephone lists.
- Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms.
- Manage scanning for electronic mail.
- Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
- High school or college diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office .
- Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- [Bilingual (French and English)] Requires responding to calls and providing services to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
- No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
