**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Manage appointment scheduling via phone calls, text, Instagram, and in-person requests, ensuring efficient booking.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Process payments using POS systems while maintaining precise records of sales transactions.
- Assist in upselling salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
- Keep the reception area organized, clean, and inviting for clients.
- Address client inquiries quickly and professionally, providing details on services, products, and promotions.
- Work closely with salon staff to ensure smooth communication regarding appointments and client needs.

**Experience**
- Experience in exceptional customer service is required.
- Prior experience in a salon environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Excellent phone etiquette is essential for clear and professional communication with clients.
- Strong social media skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally via Instagram and text.
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash handling.
- Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Expected hours: 25 per week
