**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations through our booking system.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
- Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist in technical sales of beauty products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing them to appropriate staff members.
- Support stylists by managing client flow and ensuring timely service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for sales processing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Time management skills to ensure smooth salon operations.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
