Everest Signs has been in operation since 1986 serving Canada coast to coast. We have 20,000 square feet of sign manufacturing facility in Toronto (GTA East). We manufacture all signage (illuminated and non-illuminated) in house and install using our own crane / bucket trucks. We work with Government Institutions, General Contractors and directly with end user private clients, businesses, and other sign companies across North America. We also market our own brand of outdoor and indoor LED screens.

**Position**

Sales Support Specialist - Technical - LED Screens / Signage

Everest Signs is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our Toronto based team as a Sales Support Specialist - Technical - LED Screens / Signage, based on site and directly reporting to the VP - Sales & Operations. We are looking for someone who has sales support experience and technical training preferably in an engineering, construction, equipment, business to business or a related field. Experience with marketing material design, social media, writing skills are desirable.

**About the Role**

**Duties Include**
- Identify, solicit qualify potential clients and generate leads for LED Screen and Signage sales.
- Seek out new commercial and retail developments, strip malls, urban public spaces, property management companies and institutions like schools, churches to develop potential leads.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate LED Screens solutions.
- Maintains high visibility for the Company in the marketplace / social media and provides ongoing market intelligence to VP - Sales & Operations on market conditions, competitor activity.
- Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Develop a broad, profitable customer base by building strong, long-term relationships
- Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Completion of College/CEGEP/vocational or technical training preferably in an Engineering, Construction, Business or related field.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid G License with clean driving record. Access to own vehicle.
- Ability to read and interpret Blueprints / Construction Drawings
- Experience with MS Office Apps and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in signage manufacturing, custom fabrication or construction industries is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to work effectively/accurately under pressure.
