Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. Previous experience in the home improvement sector strongly recommended, flooring sales would be a great asset. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in home improvement sales or a related field
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
- sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
