As a career-oriented **Client Care Specialist** at the **Aylmer Veterinary Clinic**, you will play an integral part for day-to-day function in the clinic, delivering top-notch customer service to our beloved patients, clients and our community. Your dedication to animal welfare and your genuine passion for making a positive impact in their lives will be highly valued in a nurturing and family-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use of our designated Veterinary software.
- Booking patient appointments.
- Greeting and checking in clients.
- Taking medication and food refill requests.
- Invoicing and collecting payments using a debit/credit machine.
- Various administrative duties like scanning, filing and insurance paperwork.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Other duties as required by Practice Managers or Veterinarians.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bilingual.
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently or collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
