Reparation Dent Tec Repair is a leading automotive repair company based in Gatineau, QC. We specialize in providing top-notch repair services for vehicle dents, serving clients with professionalism and expertise.
We are currently seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and our repair technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with clients to schedule repair services.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed repairs and address any additional needs.
- Collaborate with repair technicians to relay client specifications and ensure accurate service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to customer retention efforts.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes or the automotive industry is a plus.

**Salary**: $21.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
