**Accounts and Customer Success Responsibilities**
- Customer Liaison, invoicing corrections, investigate and process credits, provide estimates, etc.
- Respond to customer enquiries, provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and case status
- Multi-task: simultaneously listen and enter data
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Achieve individual/team goals and KPI's
- Ability to navigate multiple systems to accurately document and research customer information
- Support Shipping and Receiving at peak times, vacation/sick day coverage
- Other administrative duties assigned by management to support a growing business
**Accounts and Customer Success Requirements**
- Experience as a dental receptionist is an asset
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Display organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative, eagerness, and a willingness to learn
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience with accounts receivable
- Knowledge or experience in the dental industry is an asset
