- Preparing support letters and both basic and complex submission and sending the compiled packages to various government agencies (e.g., Service Canada, Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada, etc.)
- Preparing invitation letters and statutory declarations
- Client Communication_
- Office Administration_
- Performing various administrative duties including, among other duties organizing and managing files including tracking dates, doing spreadsheets, photocopying/faxing submission packages.
