We are seeking an individual who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our customers. You will be responsible for seeing orders through from beginning to end. As an integral part of the sales and customer service team, you will work hand in hand with external sales people to ensure customers are satisfied.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and responding to incoming order requests from clients and the outside sales team
- Providing quotes, pricing, additional information
- Proactively seeking additional sales opportunities/orders
- Initiating outgoing sales calls, promote sales programs
- Follow up outstanding orders, back-orders
- Assist in the warehouse when required

**Requirements**:

- Customer service experience dealing with industrial products
- Data and order entry experience
- Strong motivation and experience in building and maintaining customer relations
- B2B customer service and sales experience
- Proven time management and organization skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Warehouse and forklift experience would be considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
