Are you a dynamic leader with experience in fast-paced environments? Join Express Heat Therapy as our **Trade Show Manager** and drive our team to success in a high-energy role that offers flexibility, growth, and a fantastic commission structure.

**Position Details**:
**Compensation**: Estimated at $80,000+ annually, based on a 10-month show schedule (December & May off)

**Schedule**: Centered around weekends with a few 10-18 day shows throughout the year. Travel required for out-of-town shows across Canada (Ottawa, Alberta, etc.).

**Objectives**:

- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth: Drive team performance to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Execute company sales strategies: Implement sales initiatives that align with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team: Motivate a results-oriented sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes skills development and a high level of accountability.
- Inspire and motivate your team to hit their personal sales targets.
- Foster a positive environment for your sales team to perform at their best.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of 6-8 sales reps.
- Manage all customer service escalations during trade shows.
- Coordinate team schedules and oversee daily trade show operations.
- Perform booth setups and tear downs.
- Track trade show inventory and daily sales.
- Submit end of day reports.
- Plan and coordinate out of town trade show operations.
- Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

**Experiences**:

- 2-3 years previous experience in a busy management role (e.g., retail manager, restaurant/bar manager)
- Sales experience is a bonus but not required

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
