We currently seeking a **Part-Time Concierge**to join our Village Centre (amenity centre) team in the beautiful & vibrant community of Westman Village on Mahogany Lake

As a Village Centre Concierge, you are professional, you are connected, and you are empowered. In every moment and in every interaction. You have a strong willingness and devotion to the highest level of customer service, impossible is Conciergable You come to us with a strong customer facing background within the hospitality/service industry and are available to work a part-time schedule which will be Friday
- Sunday 3:00 pm -11:30 pm.

**A day in the life of a Village Centre Concierge**:

- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to Residents and Guests, in a personalized and refined manner.
- Provide special services as requested (car rentals, taxi arrangements, reservations, special occasions, package receiving, etc.).
- Set-up and assist with daily programs and events.
- Conduct detailed tours of the Village Centre, when requested.
- Assist the management team in duties associated with the smooth operation of the Village Centre, as needed.
- Participate in day-to-day tasks associated with our on-site retail & coffee shop.
- Complete administrative duties as assigned.
- Review pass-on documents at every shift to ensure full understanding of requests and timelines.
- Our Centre opens at 6:30am and closes at 11:30pm so, shift times may vary at times.

**What you bring to the table**:

- A sensational customer service philosophy, with the desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- 3 - 5 years of working experience at a significantly high Customer Service level, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Outgoing & kind personality.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adjust to continually shifting priorities.
- Consistently neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion when dealing with Owners, Guests, and Vendors.
- Strong computer skills including an expert working proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Pro-serve is an asset
