**Hourly Rate**: $21.42/hour + $1.25/hour afternoon shift premium & $2.00/hour night shift premium.
Shift Schedule runs from Monday-Friday + a mandatory Saturday Overtime, if needed.

As a Baking Operator you will be working in our Kitchener cookie plant that produces 17 million cookies per week This state-of-the-art facility operates with 4 highly automated production lines and possesses a strong team oriented culture.

**In a typical day, you’ll**:

- Complete and record start-up
- Use ingredients from pre-weigh cart or bagged/boxed ingredients from storage area
- Inspect skids, boxes, or any ingredient container to ensure no damage or contamination or if lot number is unclear
- Operator mixing machine or oven
- Remove dough from mixer into dough tub and hoist dough tub above forming equipment
- Clean work area throughout shift
- At end of production, remove all dough from mixer using scrapers, once all dough is removed, rinse mixing bowl and collect water into cleaning tub
- Help troubleshoot equipment problems and support preventative maintenance activities to reduce equipment issues and forced production stoppages.
