**Overview**
Cluett Insurance Brokers Inc. is one of the largest independent brokers in Atlantic Canada, but we are committed to maintaining our family brokerage way of business. Our focus is on providing the best products and superior service to our clients within all divisions of the company, Home and Auto, Life and Group and Financial Services divisions.

We are looking for a strong team player who is highly client focused and detailed oriented to compliment our Commercial Team. This is a full-service role, managing client administrative, renewals and new business needs.

**Responsibilities**
- New Commercial Sales - Incoming inquiries and prospected leads
- Managing all aspects of an existing commercial client cycle
- Managing client requests within insurer portals
- Manage the client’s renewal process, including remarketing.
- Upsell and cross-sell with existing clients as well as other departments.
- Respond promptly to inbound client & underwriters phone calls
- Prompt response to all client inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service
- Resolving client concerns and complaints while ensuring that Service Excellence Standards are met

**Experience**
- . Must have a General Insurance License level 1
- Working towards CAIB or CIP
- Experience in Commercial Insurance at least 2 years.
- Possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Very good interpersonal & communication skills
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with technology.
- Works well in a team environment

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
