**LEASE ADMINISTRATOR**

**As a member of a professional and growing real estate management company, you will be responsible to prioritize, coordinate, and organize business tasks with a positive, professional approach in planning, scheduling, communicating, and organizing the activities of your position. You must be able to develop an understanding of the nature of the corporate environment of a Property Management & Brokerage company in order to anticipate its needs. The day-to-day role is responsible for the full cycle commercial lease administration which includes, but is not limited to the following**:

- **General assistance to the leasing/brokerage division as follows**:

- **Preparation of all commercial lease/addendum documentation in preparation to be circulated to tenants in a timely fashion**:

- **General assistance to Director, Leasing & Brokerage in preparing PSAs and responding to Proposal Requests, RFEI’s etc.**:

- **Lease review and preparation of lease abstracts for both head leases and addendums utilizing MRI Integration system for lease abstracts for all commercial managed properties**:

- **Obtain initial Certificate of Insurance (COI) from new tenants ensuring compliant to the terms of the Lease**:

- **Monthly updates of Rent Rolls and Stacking Plans; add to Teams database at a minimum monthly basis**:

- **Maintain a lease renewal notification identification system and upkeep of renewal status; including a system to identify critical dates in leases and identifying lease exclusivities, ROFR, ROFO and early terminations**:

- **Attend and minute weekly Leasing Meetings**:

- **Organization and maintenance of tenant files including documentation and correspondence**:

- **Maintain leasing reports (internal/external) up to date for Management Reports and Special Client Requests**:

- **Prepare brokerage billing approval forms for signature and submission to Accounting for Atlantic Canada Portfolio of properties**:

- **Maintain Brokerage Audit files; ensure all pertinent paperwork/signatures/etc. included**:

- **Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)**:

- **Other duties as assigned**
