**Title**: Outlet Chef - Creekbread
**Reports To**: Creekbread General Manager & Nita Lake Lodge Executive Chef

Are you a culinary professional passionate about great food, inspiring teamwork, and providing guests with unforgettable dining experiences? Creekbread is looking for a dynamic Outlet Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our standards of excellence.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead with Passion**: Supervise kitchen operations, foster team morale, and ensure the highest caliber of food presentation.
- **Innovate & Create**: Contribute to menu development, special events, and tastings while consistently delivering quality.
- **Hands-on Leadership**:Manage food prep, ordering, and inventory and oversee staff compliance with health and safety standards.
- **Guest Engagement**: Network with diners and build lasting relationships to enrich the Creekbread experience.
- **Efficiency & Cost Control**: Monitor staffing, food costs, and kitchen expenses to optimize operations without compromising satisfaction.

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 8 years’ combined experience in culinary roles.
- Food Safe Certification and deep knowledge of food handling standards.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
- A creative, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with MS Office and kitchen management software.
- The physical stamina to manage a busy kitchen and occasional 50 lb lifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
