As an office administrator for a Andrew Sheret Limited, the role involves overseeing various administrative tasks at the branch to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

The wage range is $19.75-$22.00 per hour. Wages may be scaled with relevant education and/or experience.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide an excellent First Impression
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Cooperate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service
- Assisting with quotes and invoicing
- Accurate data entry
- Document and report creation and analysis
- General administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Completion of Grade 12
- Friendly, approachable, and trustworthy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and keyboarding skills
- Strong analytic abilities
- Capacity to multi-task and prioritize with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to business
- Completes tasks thoroughly, accurately, and efficiently
- Ability to solve problems

**Desirable**:

- Prior office experience
- Familiar with the industry and/or products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.75-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
