- Coordinate and manage all aspects of catering events, including menu planning, food preparation, and setup
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of catering orders
- Oversee the catering staff during events to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment
- Assist with bartending duties as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after events

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the catering industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
