Chief Business Analyst

As a Chief Business Analyst in our **IT wealth management** team and in our advice at scale train at National Bank, you’ll liaise with business teams and delivery teams. You’ll work in Agile mode and will be part of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects for different sectors. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to use your business analysis, leadership, and process optimization skills to accelerate our transformation and have a positive impact on our organization.

**Your Job**
- Work closely with the various partners involved to develop an optimal prioritization strategy for initiatives.
- Develop and ensure an integrated vision and business knowledge end-to-end processes.
- Create alliances and develop effective communication channels with the various stakeholders involved.
- Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively take charge of activity planning and execution for various deliverables in a way that’s consistent with the Bank’s orientations and the needs of the business lines supported.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing initiatives from all angles of the process according to our best practices, anticipate any impacts, and provide innovative ideas to support our transformation.

**Prerequisites**
- University degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, an asset.
- Business analysis skills in a tech-based, operational ecosystem
- Extensive experience in the end-to-end transformation of business processes, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
- Experience with testing scenarios and user support.
- Analytical, synthesis, and communication skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of the ISO 20022 standard and its implications.
