As a **Chief Functional Analyst **in the **IT delivery cybercrimes** team at National Bank, you’ll **be a specialist in integrations and API**. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization through your skills and experience.

**Your role**:

- Identify, analyze and document the business and functional needs of our stakeholders
- Define solutions and write quality functional and technical files for developer teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system
- Assist and participate in the development, testing and automation strategy
- Participate in the development of robust and stable solutions for all requests
- Link business needs to technology requirements
- Analyze data and participate in end-to-end testing
- Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders

**Your team**:
As part of the **It delivery cybercrimes **sector, you’ll be on a team of **more then 100** colleagues and you’ll report to the **Senior Manager**. Our team stands out for **the quality of its delivery, it's experience and the capacity to work on multiple projects**

**Prerequisites**:

- Industry-related university degree and several years (minimum of 3 years) of relevant experience
- Banking experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with agile development and delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with QA testing
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence )
- Knowledge of Kamunda, an asset.
