**Founded in 2005, we operate an upscale studio in Mississauga, that creates one-of-a-kind paintings for families. Already fully booked for the summer, we are growing our team to open more days to accommodate high demand for our beautiful product. Multiple families will come in for a photo shoot, your job will be to help with selection & ordering. Our clients spend from $2000 to $20,000 on our paintings, so there's plenty of money to be made**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle all bookkeeping duties for the company
- Payroll for 3 full-time and 4 contract employees
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Match purchase orders with invoices
- Report financial results on a regular basis to management
- Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
- Posting bills from vendors and pay vendor invoices
- Calculating and filing payroll tax, sales tax, and other business taxes to regulatory agencies periodically. (Preferable to the US agencies)
- Inventory management - receiving, adding, and transferring inventory.
- Maintaining A/R and A/P
- Work with Google Suites updating various charts/spreadsheets, updating database with notes
- Participate in meetings & trainings

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Outstanding English & communication skills
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Extreme attention to detail (secret code 52)
- Stable work history
