Bookkeeper - Part Time

**1)Financial Analysis & Reporting**: Ability to analyze financial data, prepare monthly P&L statements, and contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Familiarity with financial reporting periods and cycles is essential.
- **2)Budgeting & Forecasting**: Skilled in budget preparation and forecasting, with the ability to compare current year budgets to previous years' financials to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- **3)Bookkeeping Proficiency**: Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping practices, including but not limited to, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- **4)Payroll Management**: Experience in processing payroll, understanding payroll regulations, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery. Familiarity with payroll software and systems is necessary.
- **5)Financial Software Expertise**: Proficient in the use of financial software (Preferred: Quickbooks) for bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting. Ability to leverage technology for efficient financial management.
- **6)Data Analysis**: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and make recommendations based on financial reports.
- **7)Regulatory Compliance**: Knowledge of financial regulatory standards and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to financial reporting, payroll, and taxes.
- **8)Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in the preparation of financial reports, payroll, and tax filings.
- **9)Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports, presenting financial data, and collaborating with team members.
