**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Seeking an outgoing, responsible employee to attend to customers' needs in a friendly, welcoming way while taking orders (Food, Drink - alcohol included), delivering meals and providing exceptional customer service.**

**_Roles and Responsibilities_**
- Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant
- Presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food/ beverages
- Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
- Setting and clearing tables, ensuring tables, bar and front house area is kept with exceptional cleanliness and organization
- Deal with customer requests, complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment

**_Requirements and Skills_**
- Restaurant serving or waitering experience preferred
- Hands
- on experience in cashier duties preferred
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer - oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- High school diploma, College/ University enrollment or degree preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 20- 40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
