*Duties*
- Schedule, Train, Supervise and Coordinate front of house staff
- Manage VIP guest lists, reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Conduct staff training on service standards and protocols
- Coordinate with technical and production staff to ensure efficient service flow
- Manage inventory for front of house supplies
- Meet sales targets for concessions sales
- Research new concessions items
- Maintain clean theatre and all front of house areas
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

*Requirements*
- SMART Serve
- Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vechicle
- Proven experience in supervising front of house operations
- Strong management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Excellent public speaking skills to address staff and customers
- Capacity to educate and train staff on service standards
- Experience in recruiting, training, and evaluating front of house personnel
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and data collection
- Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide the team

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
