**We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor**

Industria Pizzeria + Bar is a modern pizzeria offering a fusion of authentic and modern Italian cuisine

Our guest experience needs to be the primary focus of our servers/bartenders; additionally, to drive a positive, productive and profitable environment. We are looking for someone who is infectiously enthusiastic and motivated by identifying issues, works with the staff and feeling the satisfaction from a positive guest and team experience.

The responsibilities in this position are focused on service, food & beverage knowledge, cleanliness, organization, teamwork and overall commitment to excellence, providing the highest level of guest satisfaction.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 2 year’s experience in the service industry
- Similar fast paced environment and atmosphere
- Supervisor/Management experience preferred
- Experience in managing a team of up to 15 team members
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Continuous development & motivation of staff and other supervisors
- Responsible for front of the house restaurant operations-including but not limited to:

- Manage Guest Experience
- Bar and Marketing programs
- General cleanliness
- General operations-ensuring systems and standards compliance
- Required to be available for all shifts required - opening, closing, mid shifts, weekends
- Certifications preferred - Smart Serve & First Aid

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
