**Are you feeling like a fresh start to the New Year?**
We are recruiting for an **Office Manager / Administrator**who will be responsible for assisting the Owners and Tradespersons in ensuring all office activities are completed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, with the potential to move into the office full-time.
You may currently be working for another Plumbing/Electrician or related Trade Business and be looking for a new challenge.
Wherever you currently are, this is what you must be able to do to qualify to work at Straight Up Mechanical:
- Be responsible for scheduling jobs for the Managers and other tradespersons.
- Have knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable processing and entering and generating invoices in CRM software.
- Have excellent customer service skills and phone manner and communicate effectively with clients.
- Communicate effectively with Managers regarding ordering and job progress.
- Strive toward producing high-quality work in an appropriate time frame at all times.
- Have fun, enjoy, and be proud of what you achieve in your working day.
- Be motivated and help your team meet timelines and uphold Straight Up Mechanical's professional image.
- Have a minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an administration/office manager role (experience in a Plumbing or related Trade Business is an advantage).
- Approach change with an open mind and enthusiasm, while willingly sharing your expertise to support and uplift others.
**Compensation & Benefits**
- $25 - $35 per hour
