**Position Responsibilities**:
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will:

- **Train and mentor staff** on company standards and best practices.
- **Follow up with staff** to ensure the quality of their cleaning meets company expectations.
- **Maintain cleanliness** and organization of the office space.
- **Address staff concerns** and performance, including identifying areas of excellence and improvement.
- **Drive to various job sites** as required (valid driver's license. company vehicle is provided at office for work use only).
- **Oversee events** at Slush Puppie Place, ensuring cleanliness and assigning staff during and after events. Will be trained in this area.
- **Collaborate directly with the owner** to report on staff issues, performance, and operational needs.
- **Demonstrate team spirit** by fostering a positive, professional, and cooperative workplace.

**Position Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of supervisory and cleaning experience.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- **Availability**: Open availability for daytime and some early evenings, including event coverage and weekends; mostly saturdays.
- **Transportation**: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to work.
